Prof. Mangesh D. Teli, is a Former Member, Board of Governors, Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai. In his over 40 years of experience as an academician during which he served as Professor and Head of the Department in Textile Chemistry, he guided over 150 research students and has 450 publications to his name. Prof. Teli is the recipient of various fellowships and awards for academic excellence and he is an honorary fellow of the Maharashtra Academy of Sciences and the Textile Association of India. In addition to this, his expertise in textile technology has been drawn upon by for initiatives involving the highest levels of government and industry.
