This roundtable meeting was organized by the Bahai Chair in collaboration with the Barli Development Institute for Rural Women, Indore. This was part of a series of bi-monthly gatherings the Bahá’í Chair is organizing on themes related to development. The meeting was attended by thirty participants representing distinguished members from academia, the NGO sector, and civil society. The speakers at the program included Dr. Savita Inamdar, prominent social activist and former Chairperson of MP State Commission for Women; Prof. Ranjana Sehgal of the Indore School of Social Work; Dr.Aneel Babu, Deputy Director of National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development; Ms. Tahera Jadhav, Director, Barli Development Institute for Rural Women and Dr. Capt.
